Frequently asked questions
When does a day count?
As soon as Elfenfarm works for you that day: it collects, drafts a reply or publishes a post. Each area counts at most once a day. With "Collect automatically" every day is a Monitoring day.
What happens when the balance is empty?
You are warned at 20 and 5 percent. If the balance can no longer pay the day price, Elfenfarm pauses. Nothing is deleted, and after a top-up it continues by itself.
Can we pause between two campaigns?
Yes. Turn off "Collect automatically". Days without use cost nothing, your data stays.
Does the credit expire?
Bought credit never expires. The free start credit is valid for 60 days.
